I notice my mood goes in phases and most often they have to do with whether or not I'm exercising regularly. Well lately it's been terrible and I haven't worked out hardly at and alas, my mood suffers. So in an effort to be happier and more positive and all that psychology stuff I ponder, I'm making a goal!
I'm going to exercise every day until Thanksgiving.
This is also to aid my incredibly superficial efforts to look better in jeans that are apparently not made to flatter me. And perhaps the more I exercise the less I will want to shop : ). Wish me luck!
